Event Volunteer Schedule
Friday, September 2
9:00 am – 6:00 pm - Pick up tables & chairs (30
Cafeteria Tables, 150 Folding Chairs) from Community Building.
-Set
up tables & chairs on Courthouse lawn.
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm -Greet vendors & help them unload.
Saturday, September 3
6:00 am – 10:00 am -Greet vendors & help them unload.
9:00 am – 10:00 am -Help Set Up “Kids Kountry
– Just For Fun”
10:00 am – 3:00 pm -Help supervise children’s activities in the
“Kids Kountry - Just For Fun” area.
4:30 pm – 5:00 pm -Break down tables & chairs; transport
back to Community Building.
More Volunteer Opportunities – For
Youth & Adults
*Throughout
the day “Kids Kountry - Just For Fun” will provide free
children’s activities on the Courthouse Lawn.
Youth approximately 12 years old
and older or adults are needed to help conduct the activities. A few examples
of activities will include stationary steer roping, burlap sack races, water
balloon toss, & various relays.
* Do you have
a great idea for a children’s activity that you’d like to share? We’d love to
hear it! If a volunteer or youth group would like to host a specific children’s
activity that is not already included on the activities list for “Kids Kountry – Just For Fun”, then
approval must first be obtained by “Kids Kountry” Coordinator,
Crystal Kothmann.
Some funding for supplies is available for approved additional activities. However, youth and youth leaders are
encouraged to obtain any supplies needed & bring them with them to the
“Kids Kountry - Just For Fun” area on Saturday.

Notes
*Leaders of
any Youth Groups are asked to:
-Have one point of contact for their youth group that can
communicate with the “Kids Kountry - Just For Fun”
Coordinator, Crystal Kothmann.
- Have at least one adult present to supervise their youth
group in the “Kids Kountry - Just For
Fun” area at all times.
*A mandatory
sign in sheet will be available for ALL volunteers on Friday & Saturday. Those needing a certificate showing number of
hours volunteered should contact Crystal Kothmann
after the event.
